    Sturdy & Great customer support.

    UPDATE to initial review … I outreached to the company for support after receiving the damaged item (as noted in my initial review) … the company provided EXCELLENT service and EXCELLENT timely communication and promptly agreed to send me a replacement part with instructions how to easily install it. I would definitely recommend Pochar products.

    REVIEW when item first arrived … Item is sturdy and should serve its purpose; however, the top is very dented (as if something too heavy was stacked on top of it.) Further, the box says in multiple places, “If package arrived damage, please take pictures and call immediately BEFORE signing receipt.” NOTE: (i) The box was left by the delivery company who never rang the doorbell to ask us to sign anything or to evaluate the item and (ii) the box is not damaged but clearly something too heavy was stacked on top … the box is clearly labeled, “Handle with Care FRAGILE DO NOT STACK.” I will also contact the company to see what they might suggest.

    It is more affordable than others.

    I have one rolling charging cabinet with 35 bays from ARTMAN. It is more affordable than Luxor and Line Leader and it has the same function. Thanks to the ARTMAN service team who gave a discount on bulk purchases.
